Giroud Is Angry But In A Good Way, Says Wenger
Arsene Wenger admits that Olivier Giroud is “angry” after being left on the bench again for Saturday’s clash with Manchester United. The France international came on late to score a thumping header and rescue a point for the Gunners who had fallen behind to Juan Mata’s strike. Wenger again favoured Alexis Sanchez up front, despite concerns over his fitness, but feels that Giroud responded in the best way with his late goal. “He’s angry in a positive way,” Arsène Wenger told Arsenal Player. “I’d say he’s more determined [than angry].
