Arsenal Star Turned Down £100m Deal
Mesut Ozil has confirmed he declined an insane pay package to leave Arsenal last summer, with an unnamed club in China offering the German a crazy £100million deal over a five-year period. Gooners can expect to read plenty about Ozil over the next week with the launch of his new book set to hit stores in the UK on 20th April, in which he recalls his rough childhood and even reveals interesting moments with Real Madrid and Arsenal.
