Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger taunts Tottenham ahead of derby: One good year means nothing

GETTY Arsene Wenger has finished above Tottenham in every year he has had as Arsenal boss Mauricio Pochettino’s have not finished above their big rivals since 1995 - before the Frenchman arrived in North London.
