John Terry Willing To Drop Down To Championship For Silverware

It has been reported that Chelsea defender John Terry is prepared to drop down to Championship to win more silverware next season. The 36-year-old, who is set to become a free agent in the coming days, is a target for the likes Aston Villa, Birmingham City, Bournemouth, West Brom and Swansea. However, The Mirror claims that Terry is hesitant to join another Premier League side and prefers a move to Championship. Villa are reportedly leading the chase to sign the former England international, while Birmingham City also remain in contention.
