Jean-Michel Aulas: 'Lyon have made Olivier Giroud approach'

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has revealed that the club are interested in signing Olivier Giroud from Arsenal. The Gunners have been strongly linked with a move for Lyon forward Alexandre Lacazette, with Aulas claiming that it will take an offer of £57m for the Ligue 1 side to sell their star striker. However, the possibility of a part-exchange remains on the cards with Aulas acknowledging that they are keen on signing Giroud, who will reportedly be allowed to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer.
