Thomas Lemar is a top target for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger this summer Thomas Lemar has been linked with Arsenal in recent weeks with Arsene Wenger said to be keen to take the Frenchman to the Emirates. The Gunners have reportedly tabled a £30million offer for the 21-year-old which has been rejected by Monaco. And according to website Goal, the north London club now have very little chance of signing the winger. A source close to the player has claimed, while Lemar is flattered by Arsenal's approach, he has no intention of leaving the Ligue 1 Champions. GETTY
