Arsenal have reportedly agreed on personal terms with Monaco star Thomas Lemar, but they've yet to satisfy the demands of the Ligue 1 champions. The 21-year-old was a pivotal figure in Monaco's successful season last year, scoring 14 goals and providing 17 assists in 55 appearances in all competitions, as the French outfit won the league title and reached the last four in the Champions League. In turn, it's no surprise that he has attracted the attention of Arsene Wenger, with The Sun claiming that the two parties have agreed on personal terms at £90,000-a-week over a long-term deal.
