Everton issue ultimatum to Arsenal over signing of Olivier Giroud?

Everton boss Ronald Koeman has reportedly made clear to Arsenal that he wants a decision to be made next week over the future of Olivier Giroud, or else he will pull out of the race to sign the striker. The Toffees are one of a number of clubs to have been tipped to make a move for the France international, who has previously admitted to being frustrated by his lack of Premier League starts last season. Giroud is said to be Everton's top remaining transfer target for the forward line, having already splashed out around £91m on new recruits during the off-season to strengthen across the field.
