Arsenal and Liverpool in transfer battle for Brazilian attacker Luan
Luan was linked with a move to Liverpool earlier in the year after turning down the chance to sign a new deal at the Brazilian club. The 24-year-old’s current contract ends in 2018 and player was said to be available for around £26million. Luan looked set to join Spartak Moscow after the Russian side made a £18m offer. But the deal has now collapsed and Brazilian outlet Zero Hora say Arsenal and Liverpool are ready to move for the striker.
