Quiz! Can you name the 50 British/Irish managers with the most Premier League matches?

Doctor Jozef Venglos was the first, though he never actually made it to the Premier League; Aston Villa’s hapless Czech chief only spent a season at Villa Park from 1990-91, before the dawn of this shiny new league.

But he was the first man born outside of Britain or Ireland to boss a top-flight team in England, paving the way for Ossie Ardiles, Ruud Gullit and more to follow in the years soon after.

That time was still dominated by gaffers from Blighty and its near neighbours, however, and many of those managers from the ‘90s and early noughties feature in our quiz today. Many more lasted the course, meaning this teaser features managers ranging from 810 matches in charge to the man with ‘just’ 114 to his name.
