Rumoured Arsenal target Philippe Coutinho reportedly asks parent club Barcelona not to listen to offers for him until his Champions League involvement comes to an end.

Rumoured Arsenal target Philippe Coutinho has reportedly told potential suitors that he will not discuss his future until after Bayern Munich's involvement in the Champions League comes to an end this season.

The 28-year-old is currently on loan at Bayern from Barcelona and has helped the German giants into the quarter-finals of the Champions League courtesy of an emphatic 7-1 aggregate victory over Chelsea in the last 16.

Coutinho's future beyond the end of the season has been the subject of much debate with Bayern deciding against making his loan move permanent and Barcelona deeming him surplus to requirements at Camp Nou.

Arsenal are thought to be leading the race for his signature, but Spanish outlet Sport reports that he has told Barcelona not to listen to offers for him until the end of his Champions League campaign.

The Brazil international is known to favour a move back to the Premier League this summer, having previously starred in England for Liverpool.

Coutinho's Bayern will take on his parent club Barcelona in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
