This week saw our men’s first-team travel to Germany for a mini training camp at adidas’ HQ in Herzogenaurach, and our photographers have been on hand to capture the hard work being put in.
Those players not involved in international action over the summer made up Mikel Arteta’s travelling party, as we continued our preparations for the 2022/23 campaign at the world-class training facilities on the adidas campus.
Morning and evening sessions have been taking place, with adidas staff enjoying watching our squad being put through their paces and receiving the chance to grab autographs and selfies.
The week will culminate with a pre-season fixture against the 2. Bundesliga side 1. FC Nurnberg at the 50,000 capacity Max-Morlock-Stadion on Friday, July 8, kicking off at 4.30pm BST, with tickets still available.
