A small number of Arsenal supporters marched in protest against Arsene Wenger ahead of kick-off against Bayern Munich.
The group, estimated to number around 200 fans, held up banners calling for the club's longest-serving manager to leave when his contract is up in the summer.
Wenger has made it clear his preference is to stay at Arsenal if he believes he can still take the team forward but says no decision has yet been made on his future.
Three defeats in four Premier League games have left the Gunners outside the top four, and they went into the second leg of their Champions League tie with Bayern 5-1 behind.
Defeat by the same scoreline on Tuesday was their heaviest at the Emirates, condemning them to a 10-2 aggregate defeat and a seventh straight last-16 exit.
But Wenger said on the eve of the Bayern game his future would not be determined alone by "two weeks out of 20 years".
Arsenal have won the FA Cup twice in the past three seasons and six times in all under Wenger, who won the most recent of his three league titles in 2004.
