Chelsea will play Tottenham in the FA Cup semi-finals, while Arsenal have been drawn to face Manchester City in the last four.
Arsene Wenger's side secured their place at Wembley by beating non-league Lincoln 5-0 at the Emirates on Saturday, while earlier in the day Manchester City ran out 2-0 winners over Middlesbrough at the Riverside.
Arsenal and City have met just twice before at any stage in the competition, with their most recent meeting coming in a 2-1 fifth-round win for the Gunners in 1971.
Chelsea booked their place in the last four following a 1-0 win over 10-man Manchester United at Stamford Bridge on Monday evening, meaning four of the Premier League's current top five are left in the competition.
The Blues and Tottenham met at the semi-final stage in 2012 when goals from Didier Drogba, Juan Mata, Ramires, Frank Lampard and Florent Malouda secured a 5-1 win for the Stamford Bridge side.
Tottenham breezed into the semi-finals with a 6-0 win over Millwall at White Hart Lane on Sunday.
However, their recent record at Wembley is poor, with Mauricio Pochettino's side winning just one of four European games played there this season.
