Reports are out claiming that former Arsenal star Martin Keown has stated that Arsene Wenger has a tough decision to make regarding the future of Abou Diaby. When the French midfielder arrived at Arsenal back in 2006, he had been touted as the long-term successor to Patrick Vieira in the Gunners’ midfield. However, a host of injuries during his stay at the Emirates Stadium has meant that the Frenchman has been limited to only 180 appearances in nine seasons and with his contract at the club expiring at the end of the current campaign, it is widely believed that Diaby could be released.
