Arsenal weighing up move for 19-year-old French wonder-kid, Gunners set to do battle with Borussia Dortmund for highly-rated starlet

Arsenal are eyeing up a January move for France and Marseille wonder-kid Christopher Rocchia, however the Gunners are going to have beat Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund in the race to sign the 19-year-old, according to the Sun. As per the Sun, Rocchia is captain of Marseille's reserve team, and has even been named understudy to former Manchester United defender Patrice Evra. This had lead to Arsenal showing an interest in the youngster, with Gunners' chief French scout Gilles Grimandi even contacting the player's advisors after being impressed by the left-back performances, as reported by Foot Mercato.
