Arsenal starlet finally cleared to play for the club FIVE years after joining
Wellington Silva has finally been given permission to make his Arsenal debut next season after receiving a Spanish passport. The Brazilian joined Arsenal in January 2010, however he has spent five years at various Spanish clubs in a bid to earn citizenship and a work permit to play in England.
