Alex Pearce dismisses holiday concerns as Reading prepare for Arsenal clash

Reading face Arsenal in the semi-final, also at Wembley, on Saturday, and though the Championship strugglers are massive underdogs against the holders and the team lying second in the Premier League, Pearce believes they can spring one of the all time cup upsets. Reading’s league season actually ends on May 2, when they will hope to have finally secured safety in the Championship. But the final at Wembley is not until May 30, so Steve Clarke’s players will have almost a month to kick their heels.
