The 21-year-old is nominated for the main award alongside Arsenal winger Alexis Sanchez, Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea and Chelsea duo Diego Costa and Eden Hazard. Coutinho, Hazard and De Gea are also shortlisted for Young Player of the Year with Raheem Sterling of Liverpool and Chelsea goalkeeper Thibault Courtois completing the list.
