Man United and Arsenal target confirmed for Serie A departure

Manchester United and Arsenal are set to compete for the signature of Palermo’s Paulo Dybala after club president Maurizio Zamparini confirmed his departure, Express reports. The 21-year-old is said to have already received offers from the Premier League pair and is also being tracked by Serie A giants Roma and Juventus as well. Dybala caught the attention of a number of sides due to his fine performances this season, scoring 13 goals and providing nine assists from 29 league starts.
