GETTY Jack Wilshere and Olivier Giroud have only one Premier League start each this season. The pair made their first Premier League starts of the season on Wednesday night as the Gunners were held to a goalless draw by the Hammers. They have both been restricted to mainly substitute appearances the first half of the campaign, which is putting their World Cup hopes in jeopardy. Wilshere is desperate to break back into Gareth Southgate’s England plans but he has been told he must be starting regularly to guarantee his position.
