Mathieu Debuchy backs Jack Wilshere to overcome injury woes as Arsenal reach FA Cup final

Now he is backing Jack Wilshere to do the same in a month’s time when Arsenal return to the Giant Arch for the final. Wilshere was a peripheral figure this time round, an appearance on the bench as much as he has managed since damaging ankle ligaments against Manchester United in November. A similar role against Crystal Palace in February proved a false dawn but now the England player is hoping to build on his fitness towards the season finale. Likewise, Debuchy has spent a frustrating slice of the season on the sidelines since his arrival in the summer.
