Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan as part of any deal to take Alexis Sanchez to Manchester United. Sanchez is understood to have agreed terms with United over a £350,000-a-week switch to Old Trafford this month, with Arsenal set to receive a £30m transfer fee as part of the deal. However, The Guardian reports that Arsenal are considering a last-ditch effort to include Mkhitaryan as part of the deal after manager Arsene Wenger acknowledged that they will need to replace Sanchez should he leave the club.
