Express Sport understands the Chile international is set to complete a £35million move to United after they offered more money than Manchester City. Pep Guardiola have now pulled out of the race, giving the Red Devils a free run at signing Sanchez, although Chelsea have recently emerged as surprise candidates to hijack a deal in the final hour. It’s a massive turn of events after City all-but agreed a deal to sign Sanchez in the summer, only for the move to fall through towards the end of the transfer window.
