West Bromwich Albion defender Jonny Evans has £3m relegation release clause?

West Bromwich Albion have reportedly considered selling Jonny Evans during the January transfer window because of a relegation release clause in his contract. Evans is a key member of Alan Pardew's first-team squad at The Hawthorns, but the Northern Ireland international has been heavily linked with a transfer to either Arsenal or Manchester City. The Baggies have publicly suggested that they would like to keep the 30-year-old in the West Midlands but according to Sky Sports News, it would come with a risk. While Evans would allegedly cost in the region of £20m in January, the centre-back would be allowed to leave West Brom for just £3m if the club are relegated from the Premier League....
