Paris Saint-Germain manager Unai Emery has confirmed that winger Lucas Moura is free to leave the club to find more playing time. The comments come after Moura, who has been unable to secure game time at the Parc des Princes, was linked with Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur earlier this month.
