Real Madrid star Karim Benzema steps up London house hunt with Arsenal transfer ‘close’
Yesterday, reports claimed Arsenal had bid £35million for Benzema with the striker’s Real Madrid career seemingly winding down. The Frenchman is expected to leave the Bernabeu in the foreseeable future having struggled for form this season. Arsenal are keen to lure him to the club as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez and amid Alexandre Lacazette’s inconsistent displays.
