Chelsea and Arsenal handed fresh boost in pursuit of Serie A starlet

Chelsea and Arsenal have been been given a fresh boost that they can sign Palermo forward Paulo Dybala after the club's vice-president said that the Premier League duo can pay more money to clinch his signature. Dybala is rated one of the best young forwards in Italy and has been strongly linked with a switch to England. Both Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger are believed to be big admirers of the Argentine forward and could be set to make their move at the end of the season.
