Reports are out claiming that former Liverpool winger Luis Garcia has urged the clubs hierarchy to spend cash in order to compete with the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal. Garcia, who won the Champions League with Liverpool, said on talkSPORT’s Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast show that the Reds need a much bigger squad if they want to mix it with the Premier League’s best. “It’s going to be difficult to get into the top four this season.
