Jordan Henderson Urging Sterling To Turn Down Arsenal For Liverpool Stay

It has been reported that Jordan Henderson has implored Raheem Sterling to join in him signing a long-term deal with Liverpool. Vice-captain Henderson, 24, penned a five-year extension on Thursday and is now hoping contract rebel Sterling, who has been linked with Arsenal and Chelsea, follows suit. 'I’ve known Raheem for a good few years now. He is a good friend of mine and my team-mate,” Henderson told the Liverpool Echo. “He has just got to do whatever he thinks is best but, if I was giving him advice, of course I would say: ‘This is Liverpool’.
