Brendan Rodgers has been backed to take over at Arsenal
That is according to pundit and former Gunners star Paul Merson. Arsene Wenger is being urged to call time on his 22-year tenure in north London. And speculation is rife as to who could replace the Frenchman. Rodgers' Celtic side now sit nine points clear of rivals Rangers after Sunday's Old Firm Derby. The Hoops came from behind to win 3-2 at Ibrox and it now looks as though the SPL title will be heading back to Parkhead for the seventh season in a row.
