Premier League giants Arsenal and Liverpool have been dealt a major blow to their summer transfer window plans after reported target Nabil Fekir said he wants to remain in France with current club Lyon. The 21-year-old has been one of Lyon's main stars in a campaign that sees them currently just three points off Paris Saint-Germain in top spot.
