Carlo Ancelotti welcomes links to Arsenal managerial job

Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that he is "pleased" with rumours that he is in the running to replace Arsene Wenger as Arsenal's next manager. The former Chelsea, Real Madrid and AC Milan boss has been touted as an ideal candidate to take over from Wenger, who is to leave the Emirates Stadium at the end of the season. Ancelotti boasts plenty of experience from managing across the continent, becoming the only manager to have won the Champions League three times and reached four finals, and he is currently awaiting a new challenge after being sacked by Bayern Munich last year.
