'Very underrated' - Arsenal fans feel former midfielder was never truly valued

Former Brazil international Edu joined Arsenal from Corinthians in 2001, and the midfielder went on to make 79 Premier League appearances for the Gunners. He was a part of the team that managed to go through the entire 2003-04 Premier League campaign unbeaten, and actually appeared in 30 of the club's 38 league fixtures that term. Edu is not often picked out when that particular side is discussed, but there is no question that he played his part in what was a remarkable season.
