Jack Wilshere's future at Arsenal looks bleaker by the day, mainly because he has not yet signed a new contract. Arsene Wenger reiterated numerous times that he wanted the midfielder to remain at the Emirates, but now that the Frenchman is no longer manager, things may have changed. The England international, who was left out of Gareth Southgate's World Cup squad for Russia 2018, will come to the end of his current contract next month. If new boss Unai Emery does not see the 26-year-old in his plans for Arsenal, then Wilshere will be allowed to leave the club on a free transfer.
