Arsenal are open to offers for out of favour striker Danny Welbeck according to The Evening Standard. What's the story? The Manchester United youth product headed to Arsenal in the summer of 2014 and went to make 80 Premier League appearances under Arsene Wenger, scoring 15 goals. However, it appears the England international is not part of new boss Unai Emery's plans after informing the striker that he will not be a regular and the club will listen to offers.
