Manchester City and Arsenal have reportedly been put on alert as Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot has turned down the chance to join Tottenham Hotspur. The 23-year-old is attracting interest from a number of clubs across Europe after making it clear that he does not intend to sign a new deal with PSG. Rabiot is out of contract at the end of the season and could therefore be sold in January for a cut-price fee as the Parisians want to recoup some money.
