AC Milan officials Paolo Maldini and Ivan Gazidis have reportedly clashed over the club's proposed move for Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil. The Italian side have been touted as a possible destination for Ozil, who is out of favour at the Emirates Stadium after going more than three weeks since last appearing. Prior to leaving Arsenal last year, Gazidis signed off on a new contract worth £350,000 a week for the Germany international - wages no interested club are willing to match.
