Arsenal transfer news and rumours: Gunners close in on Petr Cech after Mourinho admits 'it's out of my hands'
Arsenal Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says his hands are tied and that he can't stop Petr Cech from joining Arsenal in the summer. The Gunners continue to be linked with a move for the Czech international and are said to be confident they will sign the goalkeeper. Mourinho said after Chelsea's 3-0 defeat at West Brom that he cannot stand in his way. "If it’s in my hands, he would never go," he said.
