Serge Gnabry hoping to 'make an impression' at Arsenal

Serge Gnabry has said that he will be aiming to "make an impression" in pre-season with Arsenal after an injury-hit season. The striker has been battling a long-term knee injury since the team's exit at the hands of Bayern Munich in last season's Champions League, limiting him to action with the Under-21s this campaign. The 20-year-old told the club's website: "I'm hoping to make an impact in pre-season to get the manager to see that I'm back on track again.
