Europa League final: Sevilla's Jose Antonio Reyes prospers in second-chance saloon

José Antonio Reyes took his goal with an impressive cool. He made his exit with all the right gestures, grabbing the badge of his Sevilla jersey with clenched fist, applauding the away fans. It was a big weekend for his club, and their most iconic, enigmatic player had made his mark in a charged Andalucia derby. Between Reyes scoring the first goal, after neatly side-stepping the Málaga keeper, in the 3-2 win, and his leaving the pitch, substituted, Sevilla had been on course for a place in next season’s Champions League.
