Chelsea leapfrog Tottenham Hotspur in Lamare Bogarde race?

Chelsea have reportedly jumped ahead of Tottenham Hotspur in the race to sign Feyenoord midfielder Lamare Bogarde. The 16-year-old, who is capable of playing in defensive midfield or as a centre-back, is understood to be attracting the interest of a number of top European sides ahead of the summer transfer window. Spurs are supposedly one of the clubs to have taken a liking to Bogarde, but according to Football Insider, Chelsea are confident that they have leapfrogged their London rivals in the race for the teenager.
