Premier League's 12 'high risk' games which could be played at neutral venues

The Premier League have reportedly identified 12 'high risk' games which could be played at neutral venues when the season gets back underway. It has been announced that the campaign will officially restart on June 19 but matches could be played as early as June 17 in a move which would see sides with games in hand playing first. With a start date now in place for 'Project Restart', a report from the Times states that 12 remaining fixtures have been identified as 'high risk' for supporters gathering outside the stadium.
