West Ham 'ask for Arsenal and Crystal Palace friendlies' before Project Restart

West Ham want to plan a London derby double-header to help them prepare for a Premier League restart. Top flight football will continue under Project Restart on June 17, when Manchester City will host Arsenal, and Aston Villa host Sheffield United. In a bid to help teams get up to match sharpness, league bosses have given clubs the green light to organise friendly fixtures in the run-up. But there are strict rules which include teams not travelling further than 90 minutes and players must get there alone without the normal team bus.
