Roma forward Justin Kluivert will reportedly not be joining Arsenal ahead of the 2020-21 campaign. The 21-year-old had allegedly been a part of negotiations between the Gunners and Roma over a permanent deal for Armenia international Henrikh Mkhitaryan. However, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, while Mkhitaryan is set to join the Italian side on a long-term basis following the extension of his loan, Kluivert was never a part of the conversation.
