Frank Lampard has been warned over the repercussions of letting Willian leave on a free for Arsenal. The Chelsea star had been set to leave on June 30 when his contract would have expired had this been a normal season. But with the coronavirus crisis pushing the year back, the Premier League allowed short-term deals for those who would have had to leave halfway through the mini-season.
