Mason Greenwood compared to Thierry Henry and can ‘learn from wing play’
Jamie Redknapp has compared Manchester United youngster Mason Greenwood to Arsenal star Thierry Henry, saying the teenager can learn from the Frenchman. Greenwood, 18, has scored eight Premier League goals this season, including a brace in the 5-2 win over Bournemouth at the weekend. He often plays from the wing before cutting in though United’s attacking line-up is flexible with positioning as Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford have similar attributes. Henry shone at Arsenal with the Gunners legend regularly starting from the left though still finding the goal.
