Shkodran Mustafi's wounds from Jamie Vardy challenge laid bare in gruesome photo
Arsenal defender Shkodran Mustafi suffered some gruesome injuries after a challenge Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy in their 1-1 draw on Tuesday. Vardy caught Mustafi in the face with his boot during the match, leaving the German with two stud marks in his face. The forward was not punished by officials and the incident was not reviewed by VAR, with Vardy on the field to score a late equaliser for the Foxes.
