Premier League bosses hatch plan for 30 percent of fans to return to stadiums

Premier League bosses want up to 30 percent of club supporters to return to games before the end of September. League officials are keen to allow a certain number of fans to be allowed inside stadiums again once next season gets up and running in the autumn. Supporters have been banned from grounds following the return of football in June in the wake of the on-going Covid-19 crisis. All matches have been taking place behind closed doors in a bid to get the current campaign finished, to resolve promotion and relegation scenarios as well as fulfil broadcasting contracts.
