Arsenal will have had their eyes firmly fixed on the Court of Arbitration for Sport this morning. It comes after a decision was made on whether Manchester City successfully appealed their European ban or not. Earlier this year, the Etihad outfit were handed a two-year ban from the Champions League and Europa League. But an immediate appeal has seen that sentence overturned and they are free to play in Europe next season. It allows City to breathe a huge sigh of relief in a year where they could still win three trophies.
